About Kim

Kim Trachtenberg was born Kim Shoshana Trachtenberg on November 23, 1971 in Brooklyn, New York but moved and was brought up in Central New Jersey. Kim is an American singer and actor known for her raspy vintage jazz/blues vocals. Kim appeared and showcased her vocals multiple times on at It's Showtime at The Apollo Talent in Harlem, New York hosted by Steve Harvey. Kim also had roles in films Bikini Bistro,The Gilbert Diaries and recent co starring theater roles in American Idiot and Saucy Jack and The Space Vixens. Kim started her career at the tender age of seven years old singing and performing for local talent shows, and hospitals. additionally, Kim went onto work the hotel circuit by performing with the house bands in the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York.
