Any tips regarding seedandspark vs indiegogo? Opinions on preference of one over the other?

I see seedandspark charges 5%, but you have to reach 80% of your goal or you get nothing. I don't understand that. As a filmmaker, I can use even $20. To raise something in the thousands and have it taken away is just cruel. heh They do have a film format though that after you complete your film, you can make a deal with them to show it. I think after the first 50 shows, it's an 80/20 split. What's the percentage in Indiegogo? Do you get to keep anything you raise?
I think in most cases we need every dollar we can keep. It's often used in areas we didn't think about, or something pops up. If the only difference is to wait a week, I'd use that to make sure your information and plan is even better than you have it. Think of it as them paying you to improve your crowdfunding! :)
