Hello Everyone, Some of you know me but most of you don't. I'd like to remedy that. I am a Chicago actor and I've been at this new and wonderful career choice for a year and a half now. I spent the majority of my career in nursing and still keep my hand in it through medical mission work, but my focus is acting. Through classes and private coaching I have grown so much as an actor. I have done some independent films and videos also. I love, love, love this. Yes it is mostly rejection, but when you get a yes, there are few things better. I never dreamed I would be trying something new and challenging at this stage of my life. It goes to show you that if you dream it and are willing to work for it, you can make it happen. I want to expand my Stage 32 Network to include other like minded individuals. This is such a great network of people supporting each other.

Like you, I changed careers but as a screenwriter, and like you, from Chicago's SW side originally, near Midway, then with working downtown, moved to Lincoln Park before I married a guy from the burbs. I'm a firm believer in Do what you Love! Best wishes!
Amen to that Suzanne, I've been through a lot of adversities within the past 4 years and this year I decided it's time to following my passion. I began my career acting, community theater mostly, and there's nothing like it. Here's to following your Dream!!!
