I have been a member of state 32 for a couple of years, but just recently learned how to use it. Wow! This is great. Since this is a new year I hope that anyone reading this can not just see but FEEL the success of the projects and career objectives that they are working on. I am an actor and writer/producer. Hey Kay! I would definitely suggest checking out our HELP section to see how to properly use the platform. For starters, your post here is under an Introduce Yourself thread of another member. Also, it doesn't seem as if you are participating in any threads or actively seeking network connections. Like any other life pursuit, you get out what you put in! Also, I would check out the blogs from this past week. You'll see some incredible success stories of members here on the platform. Hi Richard, thank you and I am aware of the forums and I'm also aware this is an introduction platform which I've used when I just joined, but you did not answer to what I asked, did you understand that I said I got many scripts, calls, emails and no concrete job offer here. I don't think it matters to forums it all matter to how serious a production company want to hire you. Today is my lucky day! I'm about to be hired from Stage 32 finally :) please share any success story you had. I do get hired frequently on a paid Crew website.

I'm a newer member than you, Seph. And when I joined, I was skeptical. I hate to admit that, but it's true. I became a convert quickly. I've made connections which have led to jobs. I have learned a ton just by participating. I've made contacts that are now going to help me shoot a film. But the most important thing I gained is a sense of community. I look forward to being here. I look forward to the jolt of positive energy I get every time I log in. You mentioned getting other people involved. I have sent over 100 invites to Stage 32 at this point. I'd say about 75% of them joined. I have not heard one complaint, but have received a ton of Thank You's. This place is special.
