The textbox screams, 'What's on your mind?" I say to it, 'A lot of things." Perhaps I should unwind myself. Let go of the words that well up in my mouth, longing to get a feel of the outside. Maybe I should let it as the others do. Maybe I will.
I am a writer. A creator by all accounts. And a reader -- well, being that made me want to create worlds to write in. Mostly, fantasy, sci-fi and horror stuff, but yes, open to all genres, except maybe romance, though recently I have been warming upto it. Graduated in computers, worked in events for a few years, freelanced for a bit in writing articles and all that SEO (I won't say crap, but please assume so :P it was monotonous and not so interesting). Ever since I (found that uninteresting stuff I said before), I restricted myself to writing fiction and I plan to self-publish a lot this year, debuting under two pen names but with books set in the same verse I have built over the past few years. I have been a ghostwriter and have now only recently opened up my own firm called Third Eye Author Services and am aligning myself with a lot of creative people. Well, I love to network with like-minded people. You, at Stage 32, qualify. Do not hesitate to drop me a message.
I am an editor as well. Read prose editor, not one that edits films (I could not get a hang of it, really! I tried). I edited for Pen Paper Coffee, which is now closed.
I also am an administrator at For Writers, By Authors, a fast-growing Facebook group that organizes Litventure, a literature and arts festival in Mumbai, India.
I have also opened up a short film production company -- well, I am still looking for funds for some original content and adaptations.
But I have always been a writer. A Creator. (Ok, don't get pissed at me for reiterating the same shiz). I love writing prose; I love writing scripts as well. Been on Stage 32 and learning screenwriting for 5 years now. Would love to know more about it and perhaps be a professional at it.
I have introduced myself here a lot of times in the past. But I am open to connecting with a lot of people. So I do what it takes to connect. Introduce myself every now and then. Really, I'm lazy most of the time, but this is a place where I do not ever feel lazy at. I can't procrastinate here. Good thing, ain't it?
