... dedicate your first 27 lives developing talent you are first time born with, to become crafty enough for someone to like it ... then you have to send powerful signals to the universe, you know like dolphins, Tibet monks and few other spices combined ... hope to cross paths with some humanoid creature, looking for a story just like that or very similar to it and have funds to make a movie from it ... join some church or isil just in case you fail (this works in a first Earth lifetime only) ... try to live as a frog instead ...

For a spec to sell it has to be well-written and something a producer wants. For it to get made into a movie the producer has to raise the money which is why 9 out of 10 screenplays that are optioned or sold will die in development hell.
