Hi, I'm Melle and fairly new to this site. At any given time, I can be reviewing three screenplays, helping to promote six productions, acting as admin assistant on a full legth feature film, and I'm always putting people together. I'm one of those people who looks so familiar (but you can't recall my name.)
I was a stage performer for many years, singing the lead in several bands. I also did modelling: hair, fashion, and glamour. I've been an actor on stage, film and television, so understand a lot of the issues plaguing talent and production alike. As an aside, I have Parkinson's disease and work primarily from home, but my participation will guarantee you some level of success. Written two pilot screenplays, crime dramas, some nice comments from a production company reader, but as expected, structure was the main issue. So a major rewrite is needed. Still think my first pilot is the better of the two..
It's an expensive process, which in turn makes it a slow process. Do you write also? If so what is your genre?
Hi Kevin, yes I do write, but I'm not published currently.I guess that makes me a lazy writer. My genre is fantasy.
I wrote the first part of a children's fantasy a few years back, and I never did anything with it so guess we're both lazy
