Hi All,
I am new to posting here so I took some time to read some of the discussions-so impressed by how generous, helpful and positive everyone is with their feedback and suggestions! A bit about me-I am an educator, screenwriter and frustrated comedian (hence the teaching part, they're a captive audience. :)). I am currently working on a number of projects, a feature film comedy about gentrification, a sci-fi tv series featuring a YA protagonist who is on the spectrum, and a coming of age comedy series set in Quebec in the 1970's and 80's. An Achilles' heel of mine, (kind of embarrassing given my profession), is that I tend to not be as detailed oriented in my proofreading as I need to be. I almost made it to the quarter finals of the Pages Screenwriting Competition but missed by one mark because of errors. I am looking for a good proofreader/editor. If anyone does this, or can refer me to someone who does that would be great!
Cheers,
Lori

Until you get one. I have my PC (or other device) read to me. I find so many errors that way. Plus I also get the pacing.
Thank you so much! Craig, that is a great idea, I will try it for sure. Barry, I may take you up on it-much appreciated!
Hey Lori! Great to have you here! I agree that the Stage 32 community is so helpful and supportive. I am sure that you can help a lot of writers and creatives as well given your experience. Make sure that your loglines on are on your profile too. It is free to host them on Stage 32 and I know a lot of executives and producers who look through our logline page for potential projects.
Glad we are connected!
Welcome Lori, I'll help where I can.
Hi Jason, Great to hear from you! Thank you so much for your kind words and for your excellent suggestion to post my loglines on my profile. I will do that for sure!
