I am just letting the folks who run this site that I have waited since December for my feedback i paid for and I never received it. I have sent two emails to the help center and no answer. You took my money and did not provide anything and will not answer my requests for refund.

Agreed Bill Albert. I have received my feedback every single time. It can take 3 weeks. I have never known them not to give a prompt response.

I once waited over a month and a half for the $150. coverage - never arrived and eventually got a refund. Stage 32 did their best to make it up to me - I am sure you will get a reply from someone at WriterHelp soon.
