I can't speak for anyone else but how does one get any service on stage 32? seriously. I tried to get into a paid webinar for an hour. missed it completely. my page has a paid confirmation notice but it was telling me to buy it again. I rearranged my entire day to be part of this thing live. extremely frustrating. no where to turn. faq's were useless. very disappointed

Yes, it's hard to get used to the platform, because there are many things going on. The people at support are helpful and very nice, but there are problems that happen and I don't know how to express them. I re-arranged my zoom to get to one of the zoom meetings, while I could get to the others easily anyway. As for the webinars, when you are eligible, I think that there is a code that you can use, ask the people at support..
Sorry that happened and you missed the live webinar, Nora Jane. Stage 32 and Technical Support get a lot of emails, so they might not be able to respond right away. As Tina Koutsounanou mentioned, you could email Stage 32 (success@stage32.com) and ask for a code for a free webinar since you didn't get to watch the one you paid for.
