Acting : Headshots and character shots by Vanessa Champion

Question for all you actors out there. I shoot headshots, and I also do character shoots with my clients, they bring hats, scarves, jumpers and I get a range of characters out of them for £50 for an hour. Just wondering what your experience is with other photographers? Is the norm that you turn up and they just do the head shot for Spotlight etc? Or do you also normally get a variety of characters to use on your cards, etc? Also how much do photographers normally charge you? What's the industry average? I'm just curious, I think I may be undercharging, so would really value your opinion!! Thanks!
