Hi everyone, my name is Paul Kane. I have been an actor for 14 years, which means pretty much I have had 14 years of knock backs :) I live in Ireland but I was born in England but my folks are Irish and my natural accent is quite mixed but also means I have a good ear for accents. I Just returned from an open casting in Galway and hopefully will get a few days as an extra which has been the story of my professional life as an actor. Thankfully I get my drama fix from live theatre and love nothing more than a live audience. I am also 6'2" and built like a gorilla which I think can count against me in alot of castings in Ireland.

Hi Paul! I just came across your Introduce Yourself post from quite a while ago and I wanted to say hello! Glad that you're in the Stage 32 community! How has work been in Ireland for you? Did you get a chance to attend the Stage 32 meetup we had in Ireland last year?
