About Gabrielle

Gaby Ford (Creative Director, Producer) considers herself fortunate to have been able to travel throughout India, Africa, Europe and the USA working with TV, film and theatre. Gaby is thrilled about the enthusiasm that the international community has given the theatre; in 2004, honored for outstanding cultural contribution by the American International Club in Rome, in 2007 selected by the Federation of Women’s Associations Overseas (FAWCO) as one of the outstanding women abroad and 2013, 2014& in 2016 the "50/50 Applause Award" by the this year by The International Centre for Women for producing female playwrights at least 50% of the time.

Unique traits: Having run an English Theatre in Rome for more than a quarter of a century, I've become a specialist in finding mother tongue actors, extras as well as have assisted in finding alternative locations in Italy.
