About Ryan

I specialize in horror and thrillers, but I am interested in writing most genres. Was interested in writing back in my youth, but listened to the wrong people, and eventually dropped it for a "real job". In 2020, during the pandemic, I was laid off of my job of 15 years. While trying to piece things back together professionally, I learned that I was a controlled diabetic, lost my older brother to COVID in early 2021, and lost my father to health issues a year after that.

This string of personal setbacks, as well as the support of the amazing woman who is the love of my life, inspired me to try writing again. Since August 2021, I have completed 5 features and 3 short film scripts, most of which can be found here. I am hoping I can do something with these scripts.

My philosophy in writing is to create low budget horror and thrillers that could hopefully bring big returns and audience interest. As mentioned, I am interested in writing in most other genres, except perhaps Westerns, Bio-films (aka cinematic Wikipedia articles), and Period Piece dramas set in the 1800s.
