SYNOPSIS:

In the warring villages of Jagaban and Jagu, Ashabi, the captured daughter of Jagu’s chief warrior, rises from slave to assassin in the service of King Adeola of Jagaban. Ashabi’s loyalty and skills catch the eye of the prince, Adeyeye, with whom she shares an unspoken love. As she completes dangerous missions for the kingdom, including assassinations of rival kings, her bond with Adeyeye grows stronger—much to the displeasure of King Adeola. Despite their connection, the kingdom's traditions and a curse prevent the prince from marrying a warrior slave. After failing her final mission, Ashabi is betrayed and sentenced to death. As the kingdom faces the wrath of the gods for her unjust execution, her story becomes a legend of love, honor, and sacrifice, passed down through generations.
