SYNOPSIS:

Set in the powerful kingdom of Ilu Àṣàbí, the Oba hatches a plan to invade the neighboring village of Ilu Ejeaje, seeking to unite both lands under his rule. He convinces his adviser, Bashorun, to spread rumors of bandit attacks near the border, using them as a pretext for war. However, unknown to the Oba, Bashorun conspires with the Queen, daughter of the late king, to overthrow him and claim power for themselves. As the kingdom prepares for battle, internal plots of betrayal threaten the Oba’s control, forcing him to navigate a web of deceit in his quest for ultimate power. The journey to dominance may leave him victorious but utterly alone, haunted by the betrayals within his own palace.
