About Josh

Josh Rech is a writer, producer, and editor, originally from Chicago, who loves telling stories, many in the coming-of-age and sci-fi realm. He is passionate about gathering amazing, talented people together on fun and meaningful projects.

His love for film began at the age of 7 when he picked up the home video camera and started making short films and stop motion animation with his brother and cousins. Filmmaking became a career after he graduated with a degree in film & video from Grand Valley State University in 2010.

He's written and produced multiple short films, and is currently spending his time on a comedy shorts with a group of film-makers on the YouTube channel "Write, Film, Edit".
