In the aftermath of a mysterious plague, survivors living in a refugee complex are forced daily by their shadowy handlers to vote one of their own from the group and back into the world outside.

SYNOPSIS:

Tensions rise as the population dwindles, and two inmates, King and Copper, upon discovering a secret archive filled with artifacts not of this earth, give credence to the idea that something much larger than just a plague is at play. Can these two discover the truth behind the ballot and the wickedness that brought about the end of the civilization, or will they, too, be tossed back to the waiting jaws of a hungry world?
