The story of a writer struggling through the process of life and authorship. Is he going crazy or did his imagination just get away from him?
SYNOPSIS:
After years of trying, the writer writes a novel that is soon at the top of the charts. He has promised eleven more in his Warrior Muse series but is always getting side-tracked by various issues, including the growth of dandelions in his yard and the war that entails which involves clowns, soldiers, a guy in a red shirt, and a lawn care expert. In the pilot episode, his agent hires Grace as an assistant to take care of the minor things in the writer's life; such as discovering what he ordered in numerous boxes laying all over the house. The writer does not want an assistant; however, Grace needs a job so she decides to stick around, as long as the writer keeps his refrigerator stocked with cherries. Also in this episode, the writer's work is attacked by Christian Mother's Against, and the agent must sit with two members and try to convince them not to start a ban on the writer's book. The agent knows if this occurs he may not be able to afford his dream car. The situation is soon taking care of and eventually the Dandelion War comes to a peaceful end. It's a rocky start between the writer and Grace; however, the two ally to complete the novels or at least, get caught up on the author's shows.
