2000 - 2010: The founder and executive producer Mr. Mishack Motshweni, worked in Mpumalanga (his born and bred province) to conduct extensive developmental research within Tourism, Arts, and Culture industries. Zithuthukise ArtsCulturex concept was born in 2007 after splitting the original mother concept Zithuthukise Cross-Cultural Development Extravaganza into two; Zithuthukise Tourismex focusing on Tourism industries and Zithuthukise ArtsCulturex focusing on Creative Arts and Performing Arts industries. Along the way, the founder worked with Dr. J.S. Moroka Municipality and Greater Marble Hall Municipality teams on Kamoka Tourism Route. The route showcases tourism products and locations at the Dr. J.S. Moroka Municipality, Greater Marble Hall Municipality, Thembisile Municipality, Greater Groblersdal Municipality, and the Roossenekal Area.
2010 - 2021: The names changed to ArtsCulturex® and Tourismex®. In 2013 ArtsCulturex spreads to Film and TV Production with projects; Artsculturex Talent 1000 Championships, Artsculturex International Film Festival (AIFF), and Film Tourism integrated into Tourismex to form Tourismex Film Tourism. He has since been involved in establishing local and international strategic partners (Government, Private Sector, NGOs, NPO, and Individuals) in wider tourism, film, media, and art sectors; film commissions, film festivals, film stories development, distribution channels, global broadcasting, and publishing media, and more. He approached (meetings and liaisons) various Countries, and also he had meetings at DISCOP Conferences with various delegates from Africa and International within Film, TV, and Media industries. An avid networker and researcher since 1997 interacting with Non-Profit Organisations, Non-Governmental Organisations, Corporate Companies, Government, Film & TV Industry Practitioners, Media Practitioners, and Individuals within Various Sectors. In Brief; Armed with the practical, geographical, demographical, and attitudinal experience of rural, peri-urban, and urban areas, created/co-created and coordinated numerous projects within modeling and arts industries; some were covered live by the SABC Selimathunzi TV program.
2021 - 2025: The launching of Artsculturex Talent 1000 Championships, Artsculturex International Film Festival (AIFF), Tourismex Film Tourism, and other collaborative projects at the different stages of development.
