Most of my life I've been a newspaper journalist. I see myself as a storyteller. While I've carried that out in print, I've always wanted to be a filmmaker. During my time in Pittsburgh I worked as an extra in a couple of films and TV shows. But I was just a faceless nobody in someone else's narrative. I want to tell my own stories.
I don't have any experience in film beyond a lifetime of loving them. But I believe as long as I'm still here I have the opportunity to use the talent God gave me to do it, to tell the tales others ignore.
