The world of an angel of death turns upside down when he falls in love with an angel of life.

SYNOPSIS:

“AXIS NOXIOUS” is a noirish fantasy mystery set in a present-day world. Lucas, the angel of death keeps seeing Angela, the human angel of life – an ER doctor with extraordinary but hidden ability to see him when no one does. She fights death every day and the best place for the angel of death to be is a hospital.

The first time they meet is when an explosion on a local chemical factory blasts with the body count and critically injured patients flood the ER and the hospital floors. Lucas prepares for a Deathly party when a devastated and almost exhausted Angela unintentionally pulls a plug on his powers and life comes back to the ER and ICU patients. This is the first time she prevented him from taking lives with the flip of a coin. And this is when his curiosity towards her starts to grow and deepen, leading to a feeling that he didn’t know he could have.

He keeps avoiding the arguments of his inner voice that tries to reason him, and as a result, he uncontrollably saves her from death many times. He even saves her from the death that he willingly brought on her.

The world that he lives in is a lonely modest world of a soul taker. She is a doctor who has her own life and conflicts that sometimes throw her into his hands and she is in a desperate need for someone who could understand her.

Well. Her whole life she’s been dancing with death, but only after she meets Lucas in his human flesh, she becomes obsessed with finding who is hiding behind that face she keeps seeing.

She doesn’t know that yet, but on that very night in the ER when she stopped him, she put both of them on a dangerous path of destruction.

Lucas is bind by rules which he created himself - the Axis Noxious or the old code of conduct that does not permit him to be with her. He has to fight for her with himself and the world around them that he created with his own hands.

Every time he saves her or she stops him from taking lives he has to replenish the debt tenfold. And the deeper he falls in love with her, the stronger the urge to stop it.

There is no death without life. There is no life without death. They coexist and if they cross before the time has come, the time can stop for all.
