Set in the modern world between 2008 and present-day this show will uncover a dramatic story of a crusade against one of the most dangerous criminal organizations with an agenda to evaporate 90% of the population by releasing a modified military version of a deadly Argentine Hemorrhagic Fever from a low-orbit satellite system that is due to be built in space. The organization was established by an accord of US, French and Israeli governments during the Lebanon Civil War in the 70s-90s. But the organization has decided to thread its path in this world. Nobody knows what they are up to. For the past four decades, this organization has become the second world economy accumulation trillions in distributed assets and transactions. They control the first 15 seconds before and after any stock exchange opens or closes. They exist in the sublayers of any payment system, the scope of the operations of this organization is unlimited. They opened and closed millions of legal entities, every day they execute millions of trade and financial transactions all over the world to create a cloud and noise to hide their real operations. The survival of the organization on the way to their goal is a constant movement and evolution.

AxiNox – like the tip of the iceberg sticking out of the entire organization, is the company that controls some of the projects of the organization that calls itself “The International Accord” (Consiglio Internationale). The cruel world of an international conglomerate that will stop at nothing to protect its interests and to hide the dirty inner world from prying eyes is set to appear above the cloudy noise. Love and rage, 6 continents, and a digital world without borders, the crippled lives of people who have fallen victims to the ruthless world of money.

The main characters Sam, Catherine, Sarah are employees and operatives of a special operations unit called JEFF. They do not have an HQ or an organization chart. Only a budget line of the US Intelligence Committee. Head of JEFF, Robert Spinotti recruits Sarah Al-Sufani Altar, young fresh blood trained by Defense Intelligence Agency. She is being trained and submitted to rigorous tests by her instructor and curator – Sam (Samuel York), ex-special forces, Ranger, CIA/JEFF operative with an extensive background in counter-intel, HUMINT and insurgency operations. He preps Sarah to become Sofia Marco Levetti (Princeton graduate). Her mission is to get into AxiNox, seduce the CEO, Mack Kramer. Get access to a digital vault.

Soon Sarah realizes that the size, scope, and seriousness of AxiNox’s operations have long gone beyond a single country and absorbed the entire global financial, military, and telecommunications industry. Sarah disappears after another session of communication and Sam, as her curator who has developed some affection for her, goes on a search with his new JEFF partner – Rachel, an ex-FBI agent. The operational struggle and cooperation between CIA, JEFF, DIA, DGSE, MOSSAD, non-linear shifts, and flashbacks extend from 2008 to 2020.

CHARACTERS:

SARAH ALTAR (/ SOFIA MARCO LEVETTI / CAROLINA COCHA / SOFIA GALLO / etc) – young strong, beautiful, manipulative, and IQ-gifted recruit. She’s a loner. She falls in love with Sam on the mission during her intake training. Her path from a naive recruit to a self-righteous, strong but broken personality is built through an entire story.

SAMUEL YORK (SAM / JOHN JOHNSON / ALEX PHOL / MICHAEL JONSSON / etc) – old dog, doesn’t speak much. He’s a silent hunter. Experienced instructor. He’s been a loner most of his life until he met Sarah. That makes him vulnerable. He makes several mistakes.

RACHEL PRESTON – ex-FBI, skilled, well trained, her eyes are opened when she is recruited into JEFF. Daughter of a 4-star general with a rebellious attitude.

CLAIRE – DGSE French intelligence, smart, she’s a leader, not afraid to go all-in, savvy, hands-on.

CLAUDIA – FIS Suisse intelligence – bi-sexual, strong, and sometimes ruthless. Was in love with SARAH’s twin sister Michelle Altar (CIA operative, NATO incumbent)

ARMAND – ex-Mossad operative, cruel, high IQ, experienced in torture, and hunting people. He is a character that will hunt for Sarah throughout the entire story.

ROBERT SPINOTTI (Head of JEFF) and PASCALE (Head of DGSE) – they know each other since the Lebanon Civil War, since Latin American conflicts. They’ve been working on several occasions. They trust each other.

MACK KRAMER – CEO of AxiNox – the hands of the organization, tech genius, expensive taste, loves women, his weakness: submissive manipulation by women. (that’s the entry point for JEFF)

ARI GOLDENTAL – Mack’s right hand – the brain of the organization (the real God of AxiNox) and the mastermind behind the world’s most dangerous organization.

LUKE GALLO – investment lawyer, the one with investigative writer brain.

EPISODE 1/PILOT/SCRIPTED:

2011. PACKAGE / DEAD GIRL:

It all starts with a package being delivered to Luke Gallo, an attorney who works for the LOTOS group in Paris. His life changes when he reads the note and the contents of the package. This is when he gets to know the name Sofia Marco Levetti. The package is full of scanned and original copies of AxiNox secret documents. He realizes that Sofia might be dead. He leaves town to hide in the south of France. His family friend Norman, ex-cop, currently PI starts a small investigation on Sofia and the documents. This leads both of them to Monaco.

At this very moment, Sam and Rachel are on the way to Norfolk (Dawson City), Yukon, Canada. A dead body of presumably Sarah is found in the forest. Sam is there to identify the corpse, but he realizes that this is not Sara, but her twin sister Michelle, CIA operative went a missing couple of weeks ago. Rachel has no idea about any of that, but she’s curious.

2009 RECRUITMENT:

Robert Spinotti invites Sarah on a dinner to Bangkok hotel and tells her that her mission is to infiltrate AxiNox. She revives the old training cover of Sofia.

Sam and Sofia meet as strangers. She doesn’t suspect he’s her curator. They are about to spend the night together, but Sam stops it and tells her he’s there to train her.

2009 DGSE:

French intelligence with Pascal and Claire identify Sofia Marco Levetti as a threat and Claire and her team fly to Bangkok to find out more about her.

2011: LUKE DIES:

Armand finds Luke and Norman in Monaco and kills both of them. Well, not exactly, Luke survives. That’s why Rachel and Sam are on the way to Monaco to interrogate him.

EPISODE 2:

2009 – Sarah is being trained by Sam, romance increases he send her to Hilton Bangkok at the end of the episode, that’s where DGSE gets her on tape and decides to fly a team.

EPISODE 3:

2009 – DGSE arrives in BKK. They start following Sarah/Sofia right in the middle of her first meeting with Kwok (the financier of AxiNox). He invites her to Paris for a gala dinner, a big event where the crème-de-la-crème will be. Sam realizes that somebody is on Sarah. She travels from Bangkok to Frankfurt, then by train to Lucern (Switzerland). Santi (JEFF’s doctor) installs her a tiny tracking implant in a private clinic. DGSE keeps watching her travel from Lucern to Paris.

EPISODE 4:

2009 – Sofia/Sarah meets Luke Gallo (as Seline Bouchon). She uses him as a cover to distract DGSE. The event takes place at the Shangri-La hotel. Robert Spinotti and Pascal meet for the first time in many years. Pascal realizes that Sarah is JEFF’s operative. They meet in the park. Decide that JEFF and DGSE should work together.

EPISODE 5:

2009 – Dubai. Life of Sarah inside AxiNox as a new employee. She meets her target – Mack Cramer. She starts her investigation into what they are up to.

EPISODE 6:

2009 – Preparation to get to the digital vault to steal encrypted data cards. NY party event, Sarah drugs Mack and gets access to his voice and other biometrics. She steals the cards. Being evacuated together with Sam on a ship to a US middle eastern naval base.

EPISODE 7:

AxiNox starts the hunt….
