Santosh Oommen is a mid-level storyboard artist with five years of experience working with production companies and advertising companies creating storyboards and animatics for, commercials, documentaries, and national half-hour tv series
Most recently Santosh worked for Firelight productions, as a storyboard artist for their
corporate client Alliant. They pitched a project to them and received a more significant budget based on concepts and ideas presented in storyboards that Santosh created.
He used Sketchup to create cityscapes and other environments for the storyboards that help Alliant University envisioned their project in two and three dimensions.
He's worked with Disney on a children's show called "Mira Royal Detective," doing storyboards for eleven-minute episodes for the Disney Channel.
He's worked on projects that run the gamut of tv commercials, documentaries, corporate
clients, and animated shows, creating storyboards, animatics, and artwork for the various
projects including "Supermansion" from Seth Green's Stoopid Buddy Studio.
He's additionally worked with clients, Sony, Keen Eye productions, and Overseas Virtual.
Santosh has an MFA in Animation/ story from the Academy of Art University.
