LOSING ADDISON

LOSING ADDISON
By Martin Beaudet

GENRE: Other, Drama
LOGLINE:

Les McCubbin spent his whole life in his twin brother Addison's shadow. When Addison severs their psychic connection, Les doesn't just lose his brother - he begins to lose himself.

SYNOPSIS:

We pick up the story after a catastrophic tragedy has occurred, and Les awakens handcuffed to a hospital bed. Amnesia prevents him from understanding how he got there or what he’s suspected of, but he is panicked to realize that the psychic bond between himself and Addison has been severed, his brother’s voice silent for the first time in his life. As the story develops, he begins to have flashbacks of a fight between himself and Addison. He struggles to recall the events of the night in question, and spirals into a frenetic hysteria of loss, loneliness, and the desperate struggle not only to clear his name, but to be reunited with his twin brother and learn the fate of their mother (Sherilyn Fenn), whose whereabouts is the subject of a court hearing in which Less finds himself an unwilling participant.
