Mike was one of the first winners of Fade In magazine’s national screenplay competition for his original feature length thriller, Driven.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Mike has sold several writing projects including:
The Reading Game: A drama about Philadelphia Mob Boss Angelo Bruno and the largest illegal no limit crap game that he ran in Reading, PA from 1957 until 1962.
Shattered Dove: The Shelly Brimberry Story: A true life story of a pregnant young woman wrongly imprisoned for killing her abusive boyfriend.
Summer’s End: the true life story of Summer, the gorgeous Philadelphia exotic dancer who became the obsession of a businessman who murdered his wife for insurance money so he could be with Summer.
Mike wrote, directed and produced the independent feature film Trust Dance, based on the true story of a single mother who infiltrates a pedophile ring to bring her daughter’s abuser to justice.
Wrote and produced the dramedy, 7th Secret, the story of a young wife with a secret life.
Co-writer of the multiple award winning faith based film Right Before Your Eyes, the true story of an alcoholic who reunites with his autistic son .
Wrote the upcoming feature documentary Lucky Jack, the true story of a struggling family man with three children, who, at the age of 35, with not even a high school diploma, goes to medical school and becomes a brain surgeon.
Produced the horror film, The Retaliators, starring Marc Mehchaca (Ozark, The Outsider) and Joseph Gatt (Game of Thrones, Banshee.) (Featuring music from Five Finger Death Punch and Papa Roach)
Wrote and produced the award winning feature film Sno Babies, the gritty story of a heroin addicted 16 year old honor student. (Featuring music from Nikki SIXX, Brantley Gilbert, Joe Elliott, Ivan Moody, Slash, Bad Wolves and Eva Under Fire.)
