I own a teleprompter rental company that also provides teleprompter operators with the rentals. We have camera-mounts (including for DSLRs), Presidentials, floor monitors, and even one for Steadicams and hand-held cameras.

I've been teleprompting since 1991 and was selected as the lead teleprompter operator by the Obama For America campaign 2007-2009 (until the night prior to inauguration), and my company provided support for Senators Obama and Biden and Michelle Obama. But rest assured, we treat all of our clients like VIPs.
