Qualifications: Experience with Action and Adventure -- Experience with Sci-Fi and Fantasy a plus but not necessary. Experience and Expertise in Traditional Feature Film Structure. Experience in Character Development -- emotional and intrapersonal development of characters based on plot and in line with structure. Interest in world building a plus but not a requirement. "That Jones Boy! Or, the Adventures of a Bastard" is a Musical Comedy of Manners adapted from Henry Fielding's classic novel about the misadventures of a young man seeking his rightful place in society. This quasi-operatic adaptation for the stage combines 21st century technology with 18th century theatrical conventions to create an immersive experience for the audience, inviting a select number of ticket buyers to attend in period costume giving them a slight break on admission prices. The plot is both unabashedly romantic and a bawdy satirical romp. The climax finds our hero on the gallows, about to be hanged for a crime he did not commit, with a last-minute rescue which restores him to the embrace of his one true love.
