Storytelling across Media: Marketing, Journalism, Documentaries & Film

For more than a decade, I have been immersed in the dynamic and ever-evolving realm of Marketing Communications, driven by a passion for creating positive change and leaving a lasting impression. Through a diverse array of roles, I have honed my skills and expertise, rapidly advancing to my current position as Marketing Consultant at Premier University.

As part of my present position, I manage internal staff working on marketing projects, form important relationships with other organizations, and handle branding initiatives including digital marketing and PR.

My experience with Branding and Marketing began during my tenure at East Delta University (EDU), where I held the role of Media Relations Officer. A team of a photographer, videographer-editor, and graphic designer that, under my leadership, have regularly generated a wide variety of content. All my efforts have been acknowledged by the authority with the Performance Award 2020.

I began my professional career as a journalist, where I developed the craft of editing and painstakingly polished reports. Working as a journalist helped me grow as an effective communicator— a skill that has been the emblem of my professional cognizance. Beyond the corporate realm, I ventured into creative pursuits, taking on directing and script-writing roles in numerous documentaries at Hritbak and Media Karigor. Eventually, these experiences enabled me to lead audio-visual teams as well as oversee digital content production endeavors.

In essence, my career trajectory in Marketing Communications has been punctuated by a series of impactful roles that have refined my leadership capabilities and empowered me to make significant contributions across a diverse spectrum of domains. I bring to the table a comprehensive arsenal of skills, a wealth of experience, and an unwavering passion for excellence that continues to propel me forward in this ever-evolving field.

    Return (2023 - 2024)
Film (short) by Tanveer Pial (Drama and Short) Director/Producer Haunted by repeated failures in the grueling government job exams, the young man stood on the precipice of despair. The weight of unpaid rent compounded his crushing disappointment. A makeshift noose, a cruel parody of the future, awaited. Just as hopelessness threatened to consume him, a jarring rap on the door shattered the suffocating silence. He inched towards the threshold, a prisoner of his despair. The world outside, once vibrant, now feels muted. A burst of color, however, pierced the gloom—a vibrant bouquet cradled a letter, a beacon in the storm. The message, whose contents unknown, became a lifeline, pulling him back from the brink. As he tentatively reconnected with the world, the rhythmic scrape of a razor echoed in the bathroom. A slow, deliberate shave, a ritual of self-care, a symbol of rebirth. The serenity was shattered once more by a knock, sharp and insistent. Hope, tentatively nurtured, flickered again. Emerging, half-shaved and vulnerable, he stood face-to-face with the source of the interruption. The delivery boy, oblivious to the drama within, bore a cheerful smile and a package. The delivery, a herald of unexpected joy, is revealed to be a case of mistaken identity, destined for someone else's door. Yet, in the face of this minor setback, he held firm. The world, though indifferent, no longer felt entirely hostile.
