Pham (3388 Films), Andrew Vallentine (Director, The Mattachine Family), Piera Van de Wiel (Stronger With Music), and Jennifer Lauren (Cherokee Nation Film Office Director) had an in-depth conversation about the importance of having authentic voices, diversity hiring, mandates, development, and much more.
