If anyone in the Phoenix, AZ metro area is looking for a van for they own mobile studio, my neighbor, Steve, just told me today that he's selling his conversion van. It's pretty nice inside...carpeted, bed/bench, captain's chair in the middle, and it even has a high top, too! It needs some work - the passenger seat is wobbly, and the convertible bed/bench in back is up on 2x4's. But... if you're handy and need a mobile studio, you could fix it up. (The running board is also a bit loose.) It's a Ford Econoline 250, and it's got 187,000 miles on it, but he says it still runs well. He's got clean title in hand. We're having a neighborhood garage sale this Saturday, and he said if it doesn't sell it by then, he's just going to put a "For Sale" sign in his window. (I'm in south Chandler/ Sun Lakes neighborhood.)

I would suggest making it a graphic novel to display the styles you are referencing and see if that either lands you a publisher or an audience if you self-publish.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm afraid illustration is not something I do, nor is self-publishing. I did a look book to display my vision of the film (including all three styles), but it pretty much languishes on my computer.

I think that there is a market for everything, just depends on where and how big. With the widely varying characters, times, and locations it may appeal to all three demographics, or be viewed as not having a specific enough target audience.

I hope this gets a wide release and promotion.

Yes! The Sweatbox is a true behind the scenes -- but you won't find it online, except in bootleg sliced up portions on youtube. Disney takes it down every time there is full version. EMPEROR'S started off much like THE LION KING, a mess of turnover to say the least, and was for a very long time called KINGDOM OF THE SUN (as focused on in the doc). All of which to say is, none of these movies started with a good script. They were hashed out in the storyboard process.

I was working in the Burbank studio on Atlantis when word came down that the new title of Kingdom of the Sun was now The Emperor’s New Groove. We all thought it was a joke until some very angry New Groove folks confirmed it to be true.

That looks pretty good. I think there are still some weight issues that need to be worked out. There were a couple of shots in there when the physics still didn't look quite right.

I like character driven games, such as Mass Effect and some of the Tomb Raider games, where cinematics and gameplay mesh together in a interactive movie kinda way. Ashley Renee Smith your absolutely right that they both have to be top notch to be successful. With the volume of games being created these days they at least have to be good at both.

Same! I love the Tomb Raider and Uncharted games! My favorite franchise is actually the God of War games. I don't even know how many times I've played GOW 3.

Uncharted did a really good job of bringing that film feel to games. Netflix is experimenting with storytelling in the other direction, interactive films. Anyone try it?

With the power of the internet you're not limited in who you can reach with your show and who you can work with for these voices. That is some very interesting visuals, kind of a dream like state. I could see this applicable to someone dreaming or hallucinating. Very cool!

Sam Sokolow This was all done on the website PixVerse with video prompts. I also use Davinci Resolve. This one takes me back to the old techno art film days. Sometimes the music is more in the foreground. It's just a basic exercise in balancing film forces, attention retention. I still think this track works better with a cyber theme but all electronica is like that.

This would be a great idea. I think the Muppets Mayhem Series on Disney+, not living up to the ratings they wanted, has shied Disney away from getting too experimental with The Muppets. They dropped the ball after the reboot Movies when they were riding high again.

This idea could be huge if Disney can learn to focus on the kids and not try to cater to other audiences at the same time. I think that parents are also weary of what shows might be teaching their kids, but done right still a lot of potential there.

The world needs more Kermit, Fozzie and Miss Piggy any way we can get them.

Brian Cox can do anything well. He was the first actor to portray Hannibal Lector in Michael Mann's MANHUNTER, had played so many amazing roles, and now comes in with the voice of Santa? Amazing! Can't wait.
