About G.

My father insisted I study Business Administration at the university. Marriage and children necessitated a long career in financial services. It was only during my last ten years as a stockbroker that I began to write to release the limitless stories in my head and discovered a raw talent for screenwriting. From that day in 1992, forward, I have never ceased an education in the film arts. I’m gratified that after ten-plus years, my unrelenting efforts have begun to bear fruit: one feature-length script optioned (unproduced), a short script winning a first prize (unproduced), and a short which was produced and premiered at the Tiburon Film Festival. An inventory of seven well crafted original features are now being entered into competitions around North America and Italy, and in the numerous film communities I am part of, I have earned the respect of talented and inspired screenwriters and filmmakers.

As a teller of tales set in a broad range of genres, I think of myself as being part of the oldest and truest tradition on which we humans have long thrived: the stories. I intend to be remembered as the creator of inspirational films about reinvention, full of wonderful characters, provocative endings, and non-tragic themes.

Unique traits: Degrees in Business Administration and Marketing 25 years as a stockbroker 20 years as a filmmaker hobbyist 2 years as a for-profit film production company > www.gmasellicompanyllc.com
