About Godiva

A dynamic fully trained actress, dancer and teacher.

Godiva initially trained as a professional dancer at the Rambert School of Ballet & Contemporary Dance. After graduating she joined Phoenix Dance Company where she performed both nationally & internationally including as a representative of British dance at the Cultural Olympics in Atlanta with the company.

She also worked as an original cast member of the Lion King production UK. Having been awarded a bursary Matthew Winsten Bursary through the Dancers Careers Development (DCD) and the Royal Ballet Benevolent Fund. Matthew Winston's legacy allows for additional awards to
be made to exceptional applicants.

Godiva completed training at the Actors Temple studying Meisner based acting technique and now continues her training at the Identity School of Acting along side professional work in film, theatre, and TV.

Film ' Ghosts In Time' where Godiva played the role of a young mother was shortlisted for the Toronto Iphone film festival and also the British Urban Film Festival (BUFF) in London, UK. Other film screenings include the Harlem Film Festival.
