What’s up, Creative Army!
It’s been a wild start to 2025 for the entertainment industry as a whole. And I know many of you have been feeling it, too.
Between my travel schedule, the LA fires that hit close to home, the ongoing M&A (mergers and acquisitions) activity reshaping the business, and the powerful resurgence of independent film, I’ve been on the ground, in the meetings, and having conversations with industry leaders every single week. And let me tell you… there’s a LOT happening right now that you, as a creative, need to know.
This is a time of massive change but also massive opportunity.
More than ever before, the doors are open for global creatives to have their voices heard. We’re seeing stories cross borders, we’re seeing international shows take over our streaming platforms, and we’re seeing power shift directly into the hands of the creators. The technology, the distribution models, the audiences, they’re all evolving. And that means you need to evolve, too.
So let’s talk about it.
I’m hosting a brand new FREE Ask Me Anything (AMA) event this Wednesday, April 23rd, LIVE over Riverside, and I want you there.
This is your chance to ask me anything about your craft, your career, the current marketplace, or whatever challenges you’re facing. Whether you’re a screenwriter, filmmaker, producer, actor, or working in post, there’s something in this AMA for you. And trust me, I’m bringing everything I’ve been seeing, hearing, and learning from the biggest names in the business to this conversation.
Did I mention it’s FREE?
So mark your calendar. Tell your friends. Share this with your creative circles. The more, the merrier.
All you need to do is register FREE here.
I can’t wait to see you there.
Let’s go.

I don't think the gap will hurt The Accountant 2 at the box office. It has an A-list lead, and it looks like a thrilling movie. I think The Accountant being a streaming favorite for years will help the sequel at the box office too. I'm excited to see it!

That can be the case Maurice Vaughan but look at John Wick Franchise. They moved quickly and did not take 9 years, also heard that Ben doesn´t like sequels could be the case as well. Cheers!...
