We are thrilled to invite you to our inaugural "Physicality in Acting" workshop in Berlin, taking place from January 8th to 12th, 2024!

Monday, 08.01.2024 - Thursday, 11.01.2024, from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm

Friday, 12.01.2024, from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm*

Meet your mentor, Sergei Ostrenko, a seasoned Director, Choreographer, and Performance Teacher with over 30 years of experience. He has collaborated with diverse groups of performers across the globe, from Austria to the United Kingdom, bringing his expertise to both professional stages and educational settings.

In this 5-day intensive workshop, Sergei will share his insights on becoming an effective performer, director, or choreographer. The focus will be on physical action, exploring the performer's body and inner action, drawing from Meyerhold's "Biomechanics," M. Chekhov's "Psychological Gesture," and Stanislavsky's "Physical Action." Expect hands-on experience with practical exercises, new insights, and intriguing challenges.

The Working Language:

The workshop's primary language is English. It is structured as a multidisciplinary intensive lab, promoting collaboration among performers from various techniques and cultural backgrounds.
