About Morgan
I'm not new here on Stage 32!
Good or bad, you've probably seen me before. I used to skulk around here as: Meg Stone.
But, out of the closet and into the fire --like, it's any big surprise-- and I'm flying under my true colours now.
From here on in, I, me, moi: pseudonymously known as Meg Stone, shall be known by all and sundry as: M.F. Aitken on my books, and Morgan Aitken on my bills.
... And just plain, Morgan to all my friends (and enemies, I suppose).
Also, my current location has changed. It does that a lot because my partner and I are stateless and live on the run to be together. Long story: like anyone gives a rat's arse. Currently, in the remotest parts of South East Bahamas, chasing storms and shooting sharks (with a camera!). Next stop is Antigua in the East Caribbean. Lenny (AKA Elena, my partner) and I are still living on the run to be together. Technically, we're stateless, homeless and lost in paradise--which really is not bad, considering the alternatives. We're off-grid in much the same way astronauts on a one-way trip into deep space might be: castaways, but super well-connected to humanity via the modern marvel of the Internet (cellular & satellite). Reach out, and we'll reach back. Life is one heck of an adventure!
I officially (legally) changed my name to Morgan. It is a non-binary fusion of Morag and Megan (my previous first name).
And major surprise (not) time: I'm embracing my non-binary-osity and gender non-conformance, to simply be me! Absolutely queer as folk!
I'll still go with 'she' 'her' 'hers' - but wouldn't mind trying on 'they' 'them' 'theirs' for size.
I like single-malt, life on the bleeding edge, a zero bollocks policy, and living like it counts.
I am also studying to become an ordained minister of The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
Unique traits: - Used to be Meg Stone, AKA Morag Aitken, AKA Mel: loved and hated for years on Stage 32. - Been homeless, stateless and off-grid for more than a decade. - Lives on the run to be with their partner, Elena Ivanova, AKA Elena Vaytsel, AKA Lenny. (Also queer, non-binary) - Lenny & Mel have won a lot of media attention (and film/TV interest) for their endless run for their lives, and their love. - Finally, out of the closet!
