Hi everyone! I am a faith-based screenwriter, writer, director, and producer of the Lone Star State of Texas. I graduated Full Sail University last year earning my bachelors degree in Creative Writing for Entertainment. Since going to Full Sail, I have written a feature film, a one-hour television spec script, and over a dozen short film scripts.
Even though the script is the foundation to every project, the writing wasn't enough though; I wanted to learn everything about filmmaking. Next week I begin my masters in film production. Wish me all the best. :-) Anyway, I am in pre-production for a short film called Ann Frank, and I am also in the middle of writing a television series about a bullied teenage girl who is picked by God and turned supernatural. As you might notice, I write in the drama and science fiction genres.
I am looking to make connections and collaborate with like-minded writers, marketers, and filmmakers. From a writers perspective, I prefer to work with the opposite sex because I believe for the kind of material I write makes for a well-rounded team as I like to include healthy female and male protagonist and antagonist. In other words, I must have balance in most of my characters and stories. I think the best way to get this is to have a team that can think and forms a unique perspective for both sexes.
