The Black List

Does anyone use this? Any thoughts? The set up compared to Ink Tips?

Dan MaxXx

There is an article you can Google which discusses which genres have been successful on the Black List, which I found very enlightening. I was frustrated with the site and service, but once I understood what readers and producers are looking for there, it becomes much less frustrating to traverse.
