Producing : Comparable for Pitch Deck by Ty C Yachaina

Hey all, we are working on the pitch deck for our low budget horror feature and the budget is in the low 200,000 USD range.

My question is can i look at the records if it was acquired at a festival (and it's a 100% buyout deal or exclusive to a streaming platforms) and just list that as a comparable for investors to see their potential profit margin?

What have you all done in the past on your decks?

And also, should i list a similar film that shows a loss just to show all ends of the spectrum?
