At least 50% of that depends on what 'genre' your screenplay is written in, does it?! Your real question therefore is: "What executive is best to read my script in an X genre?" This depends on several factors you often have to combine -- now it's for you to find out what those factors are, (they can differ from project to project) and how you combine them.
