LOGLINE: She sets her wedding day on Christmas eve, only to give her fiance a surprise of his life.

SYNOPSIS:

After a long period term of there friendship, they both develop feelings for each other, but the girl has to play sick to see how deep her man loves her. So she tells the man that she is HIV POSITIVE. IT is now a had time for him to decide but his loves matters so he tells girl that nothing can stop his feelings for her. His mother finds out, after a long time of fighting she gives her blessings and advises him. The man says I will Prep for her. His girl said for loving me this much I have a surprise for you but you can only get this surprise on our wedding day. So their wedding is set on Christmas eve. What will happened after the man finds out the truth?

I would remove the last sentence 'But the man feels betrayed'. If you leave only ' She sets her wedding day on Christmas eve, only to give her fiance a surprise of his life', I find it more catchy.

Loglines are one or two sentences. You can add the antagonist in the logline. The inciting incident can also be at the end of the logline.
