Three diverse friends in their mid-40s experience hot flashes, night sweats, and insomnia for many different reasons. They take on heartbreak, love, sex, and loneliness and find that the change of life has more than one meaning.

SYNOPSIS:

Monica is a widow who has enjoyed the life of an empty nester, but her life is suddenly turned upside down with the return of her youngest daughter, a single mother. The change causes more than hot flashes as Monica navigates life, which is not as carefree as she would like

Shawn, divorced and in school to move her nursing career to the next level, looks for love in all the wrong places, including the pharmacy at the hospital where she works. Afraid to be alone, Shawn must discover the love from within that she has hidden since her divorce.

Belinda, a married real estate agent whose husband spends more time in the office than he does at home, will have to face the insomnia that keeps her awake at night is caused by more than the change of life. Belinda will do anything to save her marriage and get laid any way she can.

The three friends will have to look within themselves to fix the “changes” in their lives and to each other to overcome the changes in their lives.
