A scientist, whose life has blossomed and is moving into a new home with his wife, is haunted from a past secret that has laid dormant up until now.

SYNOPSIS:

Kindled Memories is about a character named Nyles. Nyles is a molecular biologist who has a haunted past. He, with a younger buddy of his, used to play around an old dirt road with M-80's. These innocent and playful experiences turned deadly when Nyles through an M-80, like a grenade, which ended up killing a long dark haired man.

Years later, after Nyles has been married, him and his wife move into a house together. The house quickly becomes haunted with the ghost of the man he inadvertently killed as a kid.

A series of events begin to transpire that continue in frequency and intensity. In some examples, a paper, as Nyles and his wife are leaving, presses up against the house window and makes the impression of a hand print. It then crumples the paper and throws it down. All the windows shatter due to an intense blast coming from the supernatural ghost that blows Nyles straight through the wall. More events happen that lead to that final intense blast where Nyles gets blasted through the wall.

As these events continue to intensify, Nyles and Olivia start having problems as well as she initially doesn't understand what is going on until Nyles finally has to reveal his secret to her that he has never mentioned before.

In the end of the movie, Nyles dies due to the hauntings unrelentless pursuit to destroy Nyles. In the end, a grave yard is shown as whom the bell toll music plays in the background. Wind picks up as dirt is thrown into the grave. A wick rolls into the grave yard as the bell tolls again. As another bell tolls, dirt is thrown on top of the wick, covering it. The tombstone then is shown to read Nyles name.
