DISASTER CAPITALISM is a short-form standalone episodic anthology series, which satirically explores how American workers struggle against but also perpetuate an elitist system that fuels and rewards the primitive, violent urge inside us all to prey upon one another.

Each episode delves into a different industry and world, featuring a quirky yet recognizable “Everywoman” or “Everyman” who, in pursuit of the vanishing American Dream, is forced to face a moral dilemma. The choice our protagonist makes creates a satisfying “open” ending that propels them into the following episode, where a brief encounter at the top with the next featured “Every-person” hands the storyline off — unexpectedly immersing us into a different industry and world, while reinforcing that we’re all connected and that our actions affect others, often setting unknowable events in motion.
