A twilight zone-esque morality tale. A model desperate to maintain her looks pays the ultimate price for her vanity.

SYNOPSIS:

Tanya is a young self-centered model who has received an offer from a high profile fashion label to be the face of their Christmas campaign. However one morning she looks in the bathroom mirror to find a small wrinkle in the corner of her eye.

Desperate to remove the imperfection she tries every cream she has but nothing works. She refers to a flyer through the door that offers natural products that are guaranteed to maintain youthful looks.

She visits the store and is confronted by a young woman who offers the perfect solution for her problem. A simple cream that if applied to the wrinkle once every 24 hours will keep it smooth. Tanya tests it out and is amazed to find the wrinkle has completely disappeared. Tanya purchases the cream, but the shopkeeper warns her, she must read the instructions carefully and not apply more than necessary.

The day before her big photo shoot Tanya is stunned to find a second wrinkle near her eye. She chooses to cover her face entirely with the cream to ensure youthful features. When she awakens the next morning, she discovers her face is all red and crusty with warty lumps and is horrified by the hideous monster staring back at her.

She manages to get to the store with her face covered in the hopes of receiving help from the shopkeeper, but the store is closed and empty. She returns home and seals herself inside avoiding calls from her agent. She can’t bare to look at herself and smashes all the mirrors in her apartment. Her agent soon pays a visit wanting to know why she isn’t at the shoot. She reveals her face and her agent assures her everything will be fine. He’ll get this sorted, but upon leaving he calls his secretary to tell her to remove Tanya from their books. She won’t be working with him anymore.

Tanya refuses to live like this and so picks up one of the broken mirror shards and slits her wrists. After 24 hours has passed since applying the cream, her face has returned to normal with only the two wrinkles remaining.
