I'm a huge believer in setting ambitious goals and I've often been surprised when I've exceeded a goal that felt impossible to achieve. In order to get to know others here better, could you share your big goal for the next few years?
I'll go first, in 5 years I want to switch my career to producing movies full time.

It sounds eye-rollingly virtue-signallingly cringey, but my aim is to shape the hearts and minds of people through my writing. There's no better platform to get your perspective across than via the medium of Film and Television. It sure beats any comment section online.

This is a great thread, love the energy in here! In the next 5 years I want to score 2-3 feature films a year, improve my mixing and mastering, work on a film that gets nominated for a BIFA, and score at least 1 film with global cinema release. I think two of those goals should be fulfilled next year, but there are never any guarantees!

I dream that one day, i would quit my engineering job and go into filmmaking and directing full time. I have created some mind shifting films and WON a lots of awards which i guess is satisfying but the goal is to be on that big screen and let people go into my imaginary mind!
