About Will

Born and raised in Philadelphia, I was fortunate to have been raised in a melting pot of social, economic and ethnic diversity. Having witnessed racial, social and economic conflict, as well as synergies, has provided me with a diverse perspective and insight.

After relocating from Philadelphia to Los Angeles in 2000, I began to pursue my life’s passions: music and storytelling. I graduated from Musician’s Institute in 2001, and was fortunate to have worked on some of the biggest Pop and Hip-Hop albums of that decade. In 2005 I secured my first writing mentorship with Kevin Munroe, and was able to participate in the creative development for the animated feature film “TMNT – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”, a film that I would ultimately end up becoming the production manager for. Since then, I have worked diligently to hone my craft and evolve as a production executive and storyteller.

I have produced award winning VR content that has been featured at TEDx, and across the globe, and have served as a board member for The VR Society, The Advanced Imaging Society, and WinWin Living. I was also the President and chairman of Legend China until his departure in 2019. I'm also a Telly award winning Writer, Director, and Producer, and the recipient of multiple Lumiere Awards.

I have shared my experience on panels at Sundance, TIFF, SXSW, VES, Digital Hollywood, VRLA, VR on the Lot, Beijing Film Festival, Shanghai Film Festival, Digital Hollywood, NAB, CES and the HP World Summit. In 2017, I was invited to participate in the NASDAQ closing bell ceremony as an acknowledgement for my accomplishments in the XR Industry. I maintain great relationships throughout the industry and my clients include Disney, Marvel, NBC, Fox, Sony, NBC, WB, Riot Games, Lionsgate, Paramount, Legendary Pictures, Annapurna Pictures, Alcon Entertainment, Village Roadshow, Hulu, AMC, Samsung, NYT, Apple and Google.

My ethos has been shaped by working as both a client and a vendor, and as an executive, employee, and a shareholder, from which I have formed a core belief that communication, accountability and transparency are the key principles that enduring relationships and successful ventures are built upon.
