About Robin

Reviews of award-winning début, The Improbable Wonders of Moojie Littleman, by author Robin Gregory, draw parallels to Oliver Twist and Forrest Gump. Her characters are clever and brave, but in real life, Robin has stage fright and gets lost in subways. Truth be told, she wouldn’t get very far in one of her stories.

Currently, she is developing a small screen adaptation of her début. It’s sort of an Outlander-meets-John Steinbeck period, fantasy. Her second novel, Halfkin, is in editing—release date to be announced one fine day.

For fun, Robin cooks with her husband and son, hikes up hills backward, and watches Taika Waititi films. She was born in Florida and has lived most of her life in California. Her storytelling passion is to infuse ordinary life with mysticism through magical realism.
