Ben Carter Olcott

Hi there! I recently worked as a Showrunner's and Writers' Assistant on Candy, a Hulu true crime show starring Jessica Biel and Melanie Lynskey. I'm a screenwriter, fiction writer, and poet (portfolio at bencarterolcott@), and I've been working in the industry for 5 years. I'm currently the assistant to Robin Veith. My work tends toward the dark and dramatic, mythological and dreamy--moody and funny, I hope, too. I'm from New Jersey, and my parents are both classical musicians who've worked on Broadway shows and orchestras all over the tri-state area--it's always been the artist's life for me.
