Being Hispanic and born in the Bronx, I’m no stranger to how stereotypical people are towards Latinos and people of color, which is what motivated me to rise myself up from the streets. After moving to CT as a young teen, I took comfort in writing little short stories, which catapulted my love for screenwriting and book ideas. My background adds to my need to get ahead, even if gets hard. I want all my future work to show Latino representation, see my creative ideas come to life and expand. Due to being a huge Wes Craven and Stephen King fan, most of my ideas stem from the horror, mystery, thriller genres but I’d also be willing to learn how to write other genres as well.
